At Pro Shrimp, we strive to get your aquascaping and aquatic supplies to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery options, schedules, and policies.

🚚 Standard Delivery Options & Rates

Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on UK Mainland orders over £49 (excludes remote areas & livestock shipments).

Choose Your Preferred Carrier: In addition to our general Economy, Standard, and Express services, you can also select your preferred courier specifically at checkout based on what works best for your area.

📦 Our Carrier Partners

We partner with a range of trusted couriers depending on parcel size, weight, destination, and selected service:

• Royal Mail
• DHL Parcels UK
• DPD
• InPost / Yodel (Main provider for Economy shipments)
• Evri (See details below) - NOT used for our standard & economy services

Note: For Express shipping, we select the best courier for your order's dispatch date and location (e.g., utilising weekend-capable services like Yodel Xpect 24 for Friday dispatches).

📍 Evri – "Leave Safe" Option

We offer Evri as a dedicated shipping choice at checkout for eligible orders within specific weight and value limits.

• How it works: This is a designated "Leave Safe" service where drivers may leave the parcel in a secure location without ringing the doorbell.
• Customer Responsibility: Please ensure you are available on the day of delivery. We are not responsible for loss once the parcel is successfully delivered to the correct address.
• In-Flight Diverts: You can nominate a safe place/neighbor, or divert your package to a local locker/parcel shop via the Evri tracking link after dispatch. Locker & Shop location is usually only available on dispatch day!

⏰ Dispatch & Shipping Schedule

• Dispatch Days: Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
• Daily Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM (Midday). Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

🦐 Livestock Shipping & Guarantee

Due to the delicate nature of live aquatic life, livestock requires specialized packaging and priority transit.

• Livestock Rate: £9.99 (Includes priority shipping & thermal/protective packaging).
• Shipping Days: Tuesday to Thursday (Saturday delivery available at checkout).
• Carriers: Shrimp are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Snails are sent via selected priority carriers at our discretion.

🛡️ Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA Policy)

We guarantee that your livestock will arrive safe and healthy. In the unfortunate event of a Live Arrival (DOA) issue:

1. Notify Us Promptly: Contact us within 1 hour of delivery arrival.

2. Provide Photo Evidence: Please send clear photos of:

   1. The livestock inside the unopened transport bag.

   2. The livestock outside the bag.

   3. The outer delivery box (especially if damaged).

3. Resolution: Upon verification, we will promptly refund or replace the affected livestock.

🛍️ Pre-Orders

Items available for pre-order are clearly marked on their respective product pages.

• Estimated Dispatch: 2–9 business days.
• Order Processing: While we aim to dispatch available items from your order as quickly as possible, we reserve the right to hold the entire shipment until all pre-ordered items arrive in stock.
