Deliveries to Northern Ireland (NI Protocol)

Due to extension of the easement period, we have restarted lighter shipments to Northern Ireland. Large aquariums as well as heavy goods are currently still restricted.

Shipments and returns

Despatch

Orders are generally despatched on the same day as long as we receive your order before 12.00 noon Mondays to Fridays (excluding bank holidays). This does not apply to livestock!

We offer a range of shipping options including Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Courier (as long as we receive your order before 12.00). Shipping starts at £2.99 depending on weight and chosen carrier. Live Shrimp are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery or APC Overnight. Free shipping over £39 (except livestock, heavy items and courier shipments to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Islands).

Live Shrimp & Snails

We had to change how we ship livestock (shrimp and snails). We are currently not offering fixed or nominated shipping or delivery days and shipping capacity has been limited. Please see details here:

DOA

We have a death on arrival policy. We will refund or replace shrimp, that have died during transport. In case of a claim, we ask the customer to supply photo evidence (shrimp in and out of transport bag plus photos of the box in case of damage to the package) within an hour of arrival.
