Livestock Shipping

Please read the following order and delivery conditions carefully:

1.) Snails are currently only shipped via our "Livestock" and Courier options, please note shipping days for snails & shrimp

2.) We had to introduce a minimum order number of 3 per shrimp species

3.) Livestock only ships on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays (depending on shipping capacity). We are now offering a Saturday delivery option which ships on Fridays (cut-off time is 11.30am)

4.) NO guaranteed nominated shipping or delivery day at the moment. Order will be shipped when possible (in order of receipt), but we try to accommodate where possible, so feel free to let us know if there is a day that suits best. Exception: Saturday service. On order shipment, you will receive a despatch notification email with tracking code.

5.) Livestock shipments are currently excluded from the free shipping over £39 rule!
